These terms apply to all participants who register and pay for the SETDO AI Fluency: Google Tools Masterclass, delivered by SETDO. By completing payment you agree to these terms.
A place on the SETDO AI Fluency: Google Tools Masterclass, delivered across two live virtual sittings via Google Meet, taught through NotebookLM, Gemini, and Gems. It is a practical, facilitated group workshop with a maximum of nine participants. Your place is for the specific session dates you register for and includes both days.
After registration you will receive a pre-session intake form by email. Completion of the form is required to receive your session joining link. The form collects professional context that the facilitator uses to tailor the session to your specific goals. If you do not complete the form before the session, we cannot guarantee a personalised experience and your joining link may not be issued.
The masterclass is a two-day commitment delivered as a single booking. If you cancel more than 48 hours before Day 1 of your cohort, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 48 hours or less before Day 1, or at any point after Day 1 has begun, no refund will be issued. We will offer you a credit to attend a future cohort instead. Day 2 cannot be cancelled separately while retaining Day 1. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] with your name and booking details.
If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future cohort. If a cohort does not reach the minimum number of participants required to run, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible and offer a full refund or transfer.
Sessions are recorded by the facilitator for internal quality and product development purposes only. Recordings are not shared with participants. By registering you consent to being recorded during the session.
We collect your name, email address, and phone number at the point of registration via Selar (and via Selfany for legacy bookings made before July 2026). We also collect professional and contextual information through our pre-session intake form hosted on Google Forms. We use this information solely to deliver and improve the SETDO AI Fluency programme. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Payments are processed securely by Selar, with Stripe and PayPal as the underlying payment processors. We do not store your payment details. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. SETDO is committed to compliance with UK data protection law including the UK GDPR.
You are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and other participants throughout the session. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session where conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
All session materials, frameworks, and programme content are the intellectual property of SETDO. You may use what you learn for your own professional practice. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute session materials without written permission.
